Delhi Dared Out and NSW Blues Cruise

Delhi Daredevils Vs Victorian Bushrangers

Another highly fancied IPL teams bites the dust. Delhi daredevils had the opportunity to access the pitch and play according to it,as the NSW Vs EAG match played on the same pitch. The pitch was really slow and low as I had previous said its end of the monsoon and players should be aware of the fact.Only way to play is come forward.

If you go on the backfoot on a pitch which has variable bounce you risk being bowled or LBW.Thats exaclty what happened to Gautam. He was playing for the normal bounce but the ball stayed low crashing into his stumps.Victorian Bushrangers bowled and fielded extremely well. Some of the fielding within the circle was exceptional.Mckay was my man of the match too, just for the Virender Sehwag Catch.

New South Wales Vs Diamond Eagles

On the Slow deck Of Feroz Kotla anything more than a six an Over is going to be herd to chase down and the job becomes harder still if you are facing stuart clark and Bret Lee. The New South Wales Blues made an impressive 144 in not so batsmen friendly condition with the man of match captain Simon Katich scoring 53 Not out.

The chase never really go going as the eagles lost wickets at regular intervals.Stuart Clark was accurate and bret lee crossed 95 Mph when he trapped Rossouw leg before wicket. Simon backed up his battling with some sublime throwing knocking down stumps at will. He ran McLaren and Bailey out.Its a ruthless performance by new south wales. They deserved to win.
